All of the staff I met, from the receptionists to the nurses, to my dentist Craig Beeley, were extremely kind and understanding, which I found very important in my situation. I needed tooth implants, and was told exactly what the treatment would involve at the beginning. Although the main operation wasn’t exactly much fun, the following day my mouth felt almost normal again, and the aftercare was excellent – I got quick replies when I emailed with queries and I even got to borrow a small piece of implant equipment when I went travelling, which put my mind at ease when I was far away from home. Although the treatment itself takes some time, the final result is fantastic. My teeth feel real and look great, and I’m very grateful to the efficient and friendly staff who made the whole process much easier."
